Your daily responsibilities include
Assist with the supervision, hiring, training, scheduling, counseling and terminating of the Pro Shop cast members
Administer opening and closing procedures.
Coordinate with the Guest Services Department to ensure that the highest level of guest service with professionalism is provided at all times.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop Department to include but not limited to guest check-in, tee-time reservations, sales, promotions, inventory control, shop cleanliness, etc.
Manage all daily cash and rounds reports, including budget preparation and accountability for daily operations.
Assist the Golf Manager to maintain an adequate inventory and displays to maximize sales.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. Must have drivers license on their person at all times.
Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or member of management.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E. training certification course.
While performing the duties of this Job, the cast member is regularly required to stand. The cast member is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The cast member is occasionally required to walk; sit and reach with hands and arms. The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision. Basic office duties, some lifting of boxes (merchandise). Color vision...GPS Color Codes.
While performing the duties of this job, the cast member are occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
