We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Slingshot Business to Business sales team. Slingshot, is a Solutions Provider that works with the full range of AT&T's award-winning, flexible, reliable and future-ready business products and services.

The goal of the Account Executive is to expand our business footprint within a designated territory by building relationships with local businesses and providing consultant based solutions for their business needs. The position can be based in either Biloxi or New Orleans but will be traveling frequently to both areas and up to once a week to Mobile, AL to visit HQ.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Review and analyze the assigned account list to develop a sales action plan

  • Conduct targeted outreach via email and phone calls to establish in-person meetings

  • Prepare and present proposal/contracts for products and services

  • Follow up on proposals to secure orders

  • Schedule weekly activities to optimize prospective customer contact

  • Staying informed of AT&T products/services

  • Meet revenue and new client acquisition goals

  • Attend all team meetings (typically two per week) and corporate events (several per year)

  • Fiberoptic Networks


  • Two years of experience in sales, marketing or other related field

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards

  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

  • Excellent negotiating and problem solving skills

  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding and/or experience in the telecommunications industry
