Crossroads Treatment Centers Program Director (Southern Mississippi) in Carriere, Mississippi
Crossroads Treatment Center of Southern Mississippi is seeking a full-time Executive Director/Program Director for our NEW Carriere, MS location, which will be opening in just a few short months!
This position is responsible for the efficient, effective and compliant operations of the treatment facility, including clinical matters, fiscal viability and physical plant issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, and other duties as assigned:
Oversees daily program operations
Oversees the appropriate application and adherence to Organizational and Program Standards, as outlined in Corporate Policy and Procedure Manuals.
Oversees regulatory procedures issued by applicable Federal and State regulations
Performs all necessary responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisor and/or the governance authority
Screens, interviews and hires new associates for the program, as needed
Oversees new hire orientation process
Conducts employee performance reviews, monitors personnel time and oversees staff scheduling to ensure program meets minimum staffing guidelines
Completes regular compliance and quality reports
Provides or arranges staff training events and development opportunities
Meets with program leadership to develop Quality/Performance Improvement plans specific to the program
Coordinates with internal and external persons and agencies to inform, improve, or supplement service provision
Qualified candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Mental Health or related field, hold a professional license (such as LPC, LCSW or LMFT), and have a minimum of 2 years administrative or supervisory experience in the field of substance use disorder services or programs.
Candidate must be willing to start early in the morning, as work hours start at 5 a.m. No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate program. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Position requires constant mental alertness, attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy required in completing all assignments. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and follow through on all assignments.
